This longstanding client had acquired the property's top two floors to convert the two appartments back into one house.

The floor got stripped out and upgraded to make it more soundproof, along with a new pocket door installed, a New Oak floor and a new Kitchen.

The key was to create a much more usable space, changing the staircase and remove the wall between the kitchen and sitting room.
