The clients made the initial approach to Will, who subsequently referred them to the architect to create the drawings for the complete refurbishment the clients required. The work was carried out in regular consultation with the client, resulting in a four/five bedroom home with two ensuites, a further family bathroom, a swimming pool, and extensive stone walling, the stones for which were dug out of hole made for the swimming pool! The property's exterior now features insulated cladding with a maintenance-free finish.
