This longstanding client had acquired the property's top two floors to convert the two appartments back into one house. We only had outline drawings to work with but Will and the team understood the client’s sense of style and vision well.

The staircase running centrally up through the house was critical to the whole conversion, we designed and built a solid staircase with oak treads and structural glass. 

We outsourced to a glass specialist company in London for 3D modelling to calculate the loads and structural integrity of the glass before commencing work. The result was fantastic and much loved by the client.
