Southerly House

We got the go-ahead to do this project after a few meetings with our new Client.
It would have been easier to have knocked this one down and started again, but our Client preferred to work with the existing building they had.

There was a substantial amount of demolition and rebuilding to be done before we could put this one back together.

We Remodeled the existing building and added two extensions to Southerly House.
